FORT WORTH, TEXAS — (April 26, 2023) — Black Mountain Oil and Gas (BMOG) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC), to explore potential collaborations and partnerships.
The MOU outlines a mutual agreement between the two companies to engage in discussions and explore various opportunities for cooperation, joint ventures, and technology transfers. This partnership will leverage the strengths and expertise of both companies to enhance the value chain in the oil and gas industry.

The signing ceremony took place on April 26 at Black Mountain’s headquarters in downtown Fort Worth, Texas.
